MCH Navigator The MCH Navigator is a learning portal for maternal and child health professionals, students, and others working to improve the health and well-being of women, children, and families. The Sierra Leone National Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) strategy (2017-2021) sets ambitious targets of reducing maternal mortality to 650 per 100,000 live births, neonatal mortality to 23 per 1,000 live births and under-five mortality to 71 per 1,000 (SOPs) and training package for all levels of newborn services (level I, II, III); training of more than health care; ability to negotiate sex; and attitudes towards family violence.
